Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Healthcare Tech Manager - Epic Patient Access to lead Epic-based patient access initiatives in remote US settings. You will design, implement, and optimize Epic workflows, combining hands-on build with stakeholder collaboration to drive successful deployments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Epic Patient Access, Epic builds/testing, and strong healthcare workflow knowledge, with travel averaging less than 50% based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Epic Prelude or Cadence certification is required.
• 5+ years of experience with Epic Patient Access workflows.
• 5+ years of Epic implementations or optimizations.
• 5+ years of Epic build and testing experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operational workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational workflows and translate requirements into system design.
• Lead and support patient access implementations and optimizations.
• Perform system build, testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and workflow recommendations.
• Support application deployment, go-live activities, and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Assist with project planning, issue resolution, and delivery execution.
• Provide leadership and mentoring within project teams.
