Wexford Health Sources, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Staffing Consultant/Recruiter to source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals, with a focus on Mental Health Professionals, RN/LPNs, and management roles.

The role includes full life-cycle recruitment and collaboration with site management from our corporate office in Pittsburgh, with some travel to sites and events. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business/HR or related field, and offers travel up to 15% along

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field (minimum qualification).
Travel required 10-15% to various sites and events.

Responsibilities

Identify and source potential candidates to meet contract requirements.
Develop recruiting resources to attract contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placements.
Refer qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate on-site interviews.
Participate in networking activities such as career fairs and school partnerships.
Coordinate onboarding of new hires, including offers and letters.
Maintain vacancy and open position reports for assigned contracts.
Maintain communication among HR, candidates, contract admin, site managers, and regional management.
