365HealthServices in Pittsburgh is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead recruitment efforts for healthcare professionals, screen candidates, and ensure timely placement to meet client needs.

The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while coordinating on-call coverage, managing relationships, and supporting business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes recruitment strategies to attract, screen and hire healthcare professionals.
• Uses recruitment tools to source and attract a diverse candidate pool.
• Responsible for on-call duties during non-business hours and weekends as needed.
• Matches and evaluates candidate skills to client and consumer needs through screening and interviewing.
• Completes reference checks on candidates’ background and work experience.
• Ensures candidates meet hiring standards and applicable contracts.
• Negotiates salary, terms and conditions of employment.
• Schedules direct care workers and field staff for placements and assignments.
• Manages staff while on assignment; provides coaching and disciplinary action when appropriate.
• Maintains relationships with clients and referrals to identify staffing needs and opportunities.
• Ensures confidentiality of consumer records per agency and HIPAA guidelines.
• Ensures services and practices comply with affirmative action laws.
• Oversees ongoing compliance with federal, state, local regulations and reimbursement guidelines.
