Qualifications

• Three (3) years of office/clerical support experience required.
• Prior talent acquisition or human resources experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED – required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the end-to-end pre-employment experience.
• Serve as primary contact from final stages of recruitment through orientation.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding processes.
