Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or a similar role.
• Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and candidates simultaneously.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with candidates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, dependable, and responsive when communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming applications for open positions across multiple healthcare facilities.
• Screen applicants to assess qualifications, experience, and suitability.
• Contact qualified candidates by phone to conduct initial screenings and discuss job opportunities.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview times and communicate scheduling details to candidates and facility leadership.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to maintain engagement and minimize delays.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and application statuses in the applicant tracking system.
• Monitor open positions and prioritize applicants based on hiring needs and urgency.
• Communicate with facility administrators, department heads, and hiring managers regarding candidate availability and recruitment progress.
