Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with ATS, preferably UKG Ready.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level through experienced positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Create and post engaging job advertisements across multiple boards and platforms.
• Source passive candidates using job boards, referrals, networking and other methods.
• Review resumes; conduct phone screenings and provide interview notes.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records in ATS.
• Assist with pre-employment activities such as offer letters and background checks.
• Track recruiting metrics and report progress to the team.
