• Proven relationship-building and influence skills.
• Experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate and clinical roles across Astrana Health.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand needs, timelines, and priorities.
• Design efficient recruitment strategies balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Champion changes to processes and best practices in hiring.
• Maintain talent pipelines via proactive sourcing and networking.
• Ensure compliant recruitment processes across requisitions.
• Provide interview prep, debrief facilitation, and offer guidance.
• Track requisitions and maintain ATS data accuracy.
• Represent Astrana Health's mission, culture, and values to candidates.
