Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 1 year of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Hiring Leaders and HR to develop recruiting strategies.
• Evaluates candidates for fit and matches them to roles.
• Represents the Network at events as an ambassador.
• Extends and negotiates offers to identified candidates.
• Maintains candidate status tracking in the ATS.
• Pre-screens applicants and assesses fit and skills.
