Job summary

Qualifications

• Full cycle recruitment experience.
• Proficient with LinkedIn, job boards and internet recruiting.
• Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop local recruitment plans with hiring managers.

• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, travel and relocation logistics.
• Pre-screen applicants to determine qualifications.
• Network with associations and community partners to attract talent.
