You will source candidates, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and support employee experience initiatives while upholding the organization’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Full cycle recruitment experience.
• Proficient in LinkedIn, job boards and internet recruiting.
• Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver local recruitment plans with hiring managers on position descriptions, sourcing strategies and the selection process.
• Source new candidates through job boards, websites, job fairs, databases, and professional networks.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, travel arrangements and relocation logistics.
• Evaluate applicants by conducting pre-screens to determine qualifications meet job requirements.
• Network with associations, trade groups, and colleges to obtain top talent.
• Support Employee Experience initiatives and collaborate with the team on projects.
