The Clinical Recruiter at Covenant Health is responsible for the full cycle recruitment process across Covenant Health's Acute and Post Acute facilities. This remote role supports PTs, OTs, SLPs and allied health positions system-wide, with emphasis on therapy recruitment experience.

Qualifications

• Full cycle recruitment experience.
• Proficient knowledge using LinkedIn, Job boards and internet recruiting.
• Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and highly organized to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop local recruitment plans with hiring managers on job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via websites, job boards and networks.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
• Support relocation logistics and travel arrangements.
