Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical support, administrative, operational, and professional roles
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for high-volume, recurring, difficult-to-fill positions
• Identify and engage active and passive candidates through multiple channels
• Build candidate pipelines for recurring roles and maintain talent communities
• Develop partnerships with colleges and workforce organizations to build pipelines
• Plan and host recruiting events and outreach activities
• Coordinate offers and pre-employment activities and ensure smooth onboarding
