GE HealthCare is seeking an Implementation Specialist to install, monitor, and customize patient care infrastructure systems. You will work across the US with sales, project managers, and IT teams to ensure seamless deployment and ongoing support.

The role requires 4+ years installing network equipment, leadership experience, and strong knowledge of security best practices. Expect extensive travel and an opportunity to contribute to cyber security initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelors or associates degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in installing and configuring network equipment.
• 1+ year of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience with communicating and remediating enterprise networking infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience implementing disaster recovery procedures.
• Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Primary installation role with location potentially varying across the United States.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Manager, Network Design and Digital services to implement solutions.
• Install, monitor, and customize clients' systems after purchase of hardware or software.
• Assess and remediate existing infrastructure to support new solutions.
• Co-lead; maintain relationships with customers and sales; address cybersecurity concerns.
• Mentor and coach local FE on installed solutions.
• Maintain customer service logs, internal service records, and post warranty conversations.
• Manage vendor service as needed.
• Provide instruction on equipment operation, diagnostics, and repair.
• Support engineering of new product releases.
• Travel expected at least 90%.
