Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• 7 years of prior relevant experience
• Abilities in one or more primary products, programs or technologies
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and technical counterparts
• Excellent problem solving and prioritization skills
• Deep experience leading analysis and solution design across multiple systems/domains, including end-to-end process and data flows
• Experience with software systems architecture concepts and integration patterns
• Strong governance and quality discipline (traceability, controls, documentation) and ability to manage risks/issues to closure
• Requires complex systems knowledge and experience in payment systems, ERPs, high-volume transactional processing
• Requires SQL querying skillset
• Understanding of Agile methodology, Product Model, DevSecOps and Agile tools
• Proven ability to function in a fast moving and evolving environment

Responsabilités

• Analyze all aspects of business unit functions to determine system integration and optimal use of information systems
• Own analysis and solution design across multiple systems/domains for programs
• Define end-to-end process/integration/data flows aligned to enterprise standards
• Define system integration test scenarios and drive their automation
• Coach other analysts and scale reusable patterns, templates, and metrics
• Prepare charts and flow diagrams to assist in problem analysis and submit recommendations for solution
• Provide analytical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues
• Work with product stakeholders and engineering teams to understand the business domain
• Recommend the most efficient and cost-effective implementation leveraging reusable features
• Understand, document, and communicate upstream/downstream dependencies
• Assist in creating, refining, and maintaining user stories, acceptance criteria and deliverables
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features and improvements
• Ensure security and compliance standards are met throughout development and deployment
• Lead the team in regular system audits and implement updates/patches
