Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year experience in the discipline OR 3 years’ experience in the discipline OR Master’s Degree and no experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the operations of the Ancillary Departments.
• Provide management support to plan, organize and lead resources with assigned team members.
• Has the authority to interview, hire, orient, terminate, promote, train and conduct performance evaluations.
• Direct staffing needs and collaborate to ensure overall staffing levels.
• Oversee quality of patient care and review incident reports for improvements.
• Respond to patient, campus and office concerns to ensure resolution and quality of care.
• Serve as a technology superuser and train new staff.
• Other duties as assigned by leader and organization.
