Job summary

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of relevant service-line experience required.
• 2 years of leadership experience required.
• 1 year of relevant customer service experience required.
• BLS (AHA/ARC) certifications required or CFP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities to ensure policy adherence and quality service.
• Assist in staff scheduling and payroll verification to manage overtime.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate, reward and discipline employees.
• Act as a customer advocate and communicate service issues to leadership.
• Develop data collection and action plans related to area of responsibility.
