Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking an Operations Manager to guide support services operations across its healthcare facilities. You will coordinate frontline associates, align with administration and unit departments, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

The role requires 4 years of related experience and supervisory capability, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in support service related field with high customer contact.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and set priorities.
• Ability to stay organized in a changing, stressful environment.
• Demonstrates initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
• Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and annually reviews standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assists in hiring, interviewing, and training of new associates.
• Orients, develops, and supervises supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conducts regular inspections and makes recommendations to the facility.
• Prepares monthly reporting of goals, accomplishments, and future plans.
• Provides staff education and continuous training.
• Communicates with staff, administration, and other departments.
• Coordinates outside services (e.g., Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Medical and Solid Waste, Document Destruction, Recycling).
