Responsibilities

• Assist shift supervisors and department directors in day-to-day department functions.
• Maintain high quality service by training and supporting team members.
• Ensure schedules are assigned and completed daily.
• Interact professionally with patients, customers and families.
• Relieve shift supervisor in their absence and adjust schedules during short staffing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or director.
