Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks an Environmental Services Operations Manager to support EVS leaders in directing hospital housekeeping operations. The role coordinates front-line staff and acts as a liaison between administration and hospital departments to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities include setting standards, scheduling, hiring/training, supervising staff, inspections, and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree required.
• At least one year of supervisory experience in housekeeping or service field with high customer contact.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and review standards and work procedures for Housekeeping staff.
• Plan work, staffing, and areas to ensure adequate services.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and training new associates.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate with hospital departments.
• Conduct inspections and make recommendations to the facility.
• Monthly reporting of goals and progress.
• Coordinate outside services as needed.
