Job summary

Prior floor care experience is required, with responsibilities including maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment.

Pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff. The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs and adherence to safety procedures, in a healthcare

Qualifications

Prior floor care experience preferred.
Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
Ability to follow safety procedures and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures (stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, spray buffing).
Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment.
Uses automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
Performs carpet and upholstery care (shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming).
Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor types.
Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
