• Prior lead/supervisor experience preferred.
• Full-time schedule with 1st shift rotating hours in Dayton, OH.
• Ability to provide attentive, professional service to patients and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Assist shift supervisors and department directors in day-to-day operations.
• Provide assignments and support to team members.
• Demonstrate proper use of PPE in all job performance aspects.
• Relieve shift supervisor in times of absence.
• Adjust or cover schedules during staff shortages.
• Ensure team maintains set standards via quality surveys.
• Monitor and report equipment issues or shortages.
• Conduct patient and customer surveys.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or director.
• Interact with patients/customers appropriately across age groups.
