Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks an Operations Manager to direct support services in a healthcare setting, coordinating frontline associates and serving as a liaison between administration and unit departments to deliver high-quality service.

The role emphasizes establishing standards, staffing plans, hiring and training, supervising staff, inspections, and cross-department communication to ensure top-tier operations.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a changing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and leadership initiative.
• Proficient knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Proficient MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Establish and review standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Plan work, staffing schedules, and areas of service delivery.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and training new associates.
• Orient, develop, and supervise supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular inspections and make facility recommendations.
• Prepare monthly reports on goals, progress, and future plans.
• Provide staff education and ongoing training.
• Coordinate with administration and other departments.
