Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, organize, and inventory medical and facility supplies.
• Distribute supplies to nursing units and departments.
• Monitor supply usage and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Assist with ordering supplies and coordinating with vendors.
• Maintain accurate inventory and supply records.
• Coordinate and schedule resident transportation for medical appointments and other approved healthcare needs.
• Communicate transportation schedules with residents, families, nursing staff, transportation providers, and other appropriate team members.
• Confirm transportation arrangements and assist with changes or cancellations as needed.
• Maintain accurate transportation schedules and documentation.
• Help ensure residents arrive at scheduled appointments safely and on time.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable regulatory standards.
• Work closely with nursing, administration, and other departments to support daily facility operations.
