Shalom Gardens Health and Rehabilitation in Richmond, VA is actively seeking a Central Supply Clerk to keep our facility stocked and running smoothly. This full-time role supports clinical teams with supplies and coordinates transportation for residents to medical appointments, working closely with nursing and administration to maintain daily operations.

Formación

• Previous supply, inventory, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred.
• Healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills with good communication.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, stock, organize, and inventory medical and facility supplies.
• Distribute supplies to nursing units and departments.
• Monitor supply usage and maintain inventory levels.
• Assist with ordering supplies and coordinating with vendors.
• Maintain accurate inventory and supply records.
• Coordinate and schedule resident transportation for medical appointments and healthcare needs.
• Communicate transportation schedules with residents, families, staff, and providers.
• Confirm arrangements and assist with changes or cancellations.
• Ensure timely resident arrival to scheduled appointments and regulatory compliance.
