• Two years of college or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Review and divide daily workloads among direct reports to ensure 24-hour delivery.
• Perform daily rounding to clinical units to verify proper stock handling and escalate issues within 24 hours.
• Review weekly goods receipt, goods issue and cycle count adjustments to identify abnormalities.
• Ensure the team follows safety protocols, policies, and performance standards.
• Identify operational improvements to meet productivity targets.
