Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or healthcare leadership/management (2+ years in supply chain).
• Experience with supply chain technology solutions (e.g., bar code scanners, automated supply cabinets).
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain Technician Systems Specialists across three regional hospitals and Raleigh hospital.
• Mentor staff and manage performance, hiring, training, and development actions.
• Oversee day-to-day supply chain operations including inventory, distribution, and vendor performance.
• Develop programs to ensure compliant handling of requisitions, orders, receipt, and storage of stock.
• Collaborate with medical staff and leadership to improve service delivery and reduce costs.
