  • At least 2 of the 5 years in supply chain/logistics.
  • Experience with supply chain technology (bar code scanners, automated cabinets, etc.).
  • Valid State Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

  • Directly oversee a department of 25 Supply Chain Associates and 3 Team Leads.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the ancillary supply rooms and readiness for requests.
  • Oversee fulfillment and delivery of supplies and equipment to key ancillary departments.
  • Partner with Radiology, Laboratory, Pharmacy, and Respiratory Therapy to ensure uninterrupted supply lines.
  • Deploy equipment and supplies for rehabilitation and therapeutic teams to support patient care.
  • Promote employee satisfaction through cross-training, career planning, and clear communication.
  • Apportion workloads and match schedules to peak hospital demand.
