Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred, but not required.
• 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or healthcare leadership/management.
• Experience with supply chain technology solutions (e.g., bar code scanners, automated supply cabinets, and other expandable wireless products) required.
• Previous experience in JIT (Just in Time) and LUM (Logical Unit of Measure) distribution processes required.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor Supply Chain Technician Systems Specialists across three regional hospitals and one Raleigh hospital.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of supply chain management to ensure efficiency and patient care.
• Develop programs to document requisitions, orders, receipt, and storage of stock.
• Collaborate with medical staff and leadership to improve service delivery standards.
• Lead performance benchmarks and drive cost containment.
