Job summary

Baptist Health Princeton Hospital is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage daily procedural supply inventory and support cost-effective stocking. The role uses Lawson/Epic/Excel to capture spend and utilization data and improve inventory control.

Responsibilities include coordinating replenishment, verifying contracts, optimizing par levels, and collaborating with vendors and clinical teams to ensure seamless supply availability. Day-one benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Four years of related inventory management experience.
• Familiarity with automated Supply Chain related systems.
• Computer literacy including MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inventory management for procedural areas.
• Monitor and adjust par levels and restock supplies.
• Process requisitions and verify contracts.
• Collaborate with vendors and nursing operations to resolve issues.
• Maintain labeling and organization of storerooms.
• Participate in annual inventory reconciliation.
