Baptist Health Princeton Hospital is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage daily inventory in procedural areas and to use Lawson, Epic, and Excel to capture spend and utilization data.

You will coordinate supply replenishment, work with vendors on pricing, monitor par levels, and support cost-saving initiatives while ensuring on-time delivery and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with warehouse organization and MS Office.
• Familiarity with automated Supply Chain systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides supply management for OR/Specialty areas, maintaining and replenishing inventory.
• Processes requisitions and coordinates with vendors on pricing and documentation.
• Updates order guides and par levels; collaborates with Nursing Operations and corporate for item integrity.
• Verifies shipments and restocks supplies promptly; supports product trials and conversions.
• Acts as liaison to improve efficiency and customer service within Supply Chain.
