Little Diversified Architectural Consulting seeks a Studio Principal to lead the Healthcare Studio in Charlotte, NC. You’ll guide a team of architects, planners and designers, shaping strategy and expanding client relationships from day one.

This role offers high autonomy within a large, resource-rich firm and the chance to grow a regional healthcare practice alongside the Charlotte, Durham and Charleston offices. You’ll mentor staff, win new business and advance design excellence in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Healthcare architecture and design experience in healthcare facilities.
• Proven ability to develop and grow client relationships and win new business.
• Experience mentoring teams and managing financials within a healthcare practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Healthcare Studio in Charlotte as Studio Principal and part of the Corporate Leadership team.
• Engage with clients from project inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with goals.
• Collaborate with Office President and Healthcare Practice Leader to craft a long-term strategic growth plan for the Studio.
• Oversee the Charlotte Studio with support from the Charlotte, Durham and Charleston offices, maintaining autonomy and accountability.
