You will lead client relationships, manage the studio's financial performance, mentor staff, and work with regional leaders to meet revenue and project targets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years related experience in AE Industry or equivalent
• Registration or licensure in relevant field; LEED AP preferred
• Proven leadership and track record of winning work and growing market share
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team, deliver client satisfaction and technical excellence
• Travel 25-35% of time

Responsibilities

• Grow practice market share and net revenue with local and corporate leadership
• Provide leadership for development and growth of the studio
• Maintain and develop client relationships with marketing and market leaders
• Lead on projects from initial contact through completion
• Oversee financial performance of own projects and studio
• Recruit, coach, and develop staff
• Engage in professional and community activities aligned with SmithGroup values
• Willingness to relocate to the Los Angeles area
