Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Proven leadership and track record in winning work and growing market share.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Grow practice market share and net revenue with local office and corporate practice.
• Provide leadership for development and growth of the studio.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with Business Development and Marketing.
