Grace Design Studios seeks a Healthcare Project Manager to lead projects in our Healthcare Studio and cultivate strong client relationships. You will partner with Studio Leaders and Thought Leaders to deliver innovative, client-focused healthcare design solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and travel for client engagement and oversight. Join a team committed to meaningful design and professional growth in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect preferred.
• 5+ years of healthcare architecture experience across project types.
• Strong project and client management experience with leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
• Public speaking experience and ability to represent the firm professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare projects from proposal through construction with high quality and client satisfaction.
• Lead project teams, coordinate with consultants, and guide design/documentation using Revit and BIM workflows.
• Collaborate on marketing and business development, including proposals and client presentations.
• Represent Grace Design Studios at conferences and industry events as a healthcare design thought leader.
• Contribute to design excellence through research, mentorship, and awards pursuit.
• Travel as needed for client engagement and project oversight.
