The Strategic Initiatives Program Manager will assume a pivotal role in managing and driving key strategic projects and programs within the Prominence Health enterprise. This role calls for development, organization, and facilitation of Prominence Health Plan's commercial and Medicare Advantage products, system and infrastructure improvements, and vendor selection and implementation. This role will provide essential support to the organizational business teams in the development, implementation, and compliance of new and renewing commercial and Medicare clients, products, and vendors.
The role involves coordinating leadership, cross-functional teams, facilitating communication, and ensuring the timely and budget-conscious completion of projects. Regular travel is required to meet with stakeholders and attend industry events.
