Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing consulting or operational improvement experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, health administration, supply chain, or related field
• MBA or MHA a plus but not required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing and able to travel (variable, based on client need)
• US work authorization is required

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of key engagement workstreams with minimal supervision
• Lead junior team members in workstreams with minimal supervision
• Own analysis of complex data sets to generate insights
• Develop persuasive business cases and presentations for clients
• Identify strategies and recommendations to improve client performance
• Lead project management for client engagements
• Build partnerships with client stakeholders for successful completion
• Communicate with client stakeholders from front-line staff to executives
• Leads internal processes to improve firm operations
• Supports recruitment, onboarding, market research, branding and knowledge management
• Participates in team-building activities and quarterly events
