Qualifications

3+ years of prior work experience with ownership of client-facing consulting workstreams or operational improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's degree required in business, health administration, supply chain, or a related field; MBA/MHA a plus but not required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Self-motivator with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong teamwork.
Effective written and verbal communication and alignment with firm mission.
Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access; willing to travel; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

Lead execution of key engagement workstreams and initiatives with minimal supervision.
Lead junior team members and own analysis of complex data sets to generate insights.
Develop persuasive business cases and client presentations; identify strategies to improve performance.
Manage project delivery and build partnerships with client stakeholders across levels.
