Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; MBA, MHA or MPH strongly preferred.
• 4-6+ years of management consulting experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Mastery with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall delivery of client engagements to achieve goals and objectives.
• Manage client expectations and align team activities with key goals.
• Oversee analysis of complex data sets to generate insights and opportunities.
• Develop informative business cases and client presentations.
• Support project management and internal development initiatives.
• Coach and mentor associates in client engagements.
