You will report through ECG’s Business Development Team in a matrix with Siemens Healthineers Enterprise Services, shaping opportunities in strategy, performance improvement, and financial sustainability. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MPH or clinical degree preferred.
• 7+ years in healthcare advisory business development or related growth roles.
• Proven track record of executive relationships and complex provider pursuits.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow ECG/Siemens advisory opportunities across the east and west zones.
• Build executive and operator relationships with targeted health systems.
• Lead discovery around provider strategy, access, radiology and oncology optimization.
• Coordinate with Siemens teams to expand strategic provider relationships.
• Drive account planning, relationship mapping, and pipeline discipline.
• Develop zone-specific market intelligence, briefs, pursuit plans.
• Align ECG business development with marketing and Siemens Enterprise Services.
