Humana, Inc. is seeking a Director of Corporate Strategy to provide strategic guidance to senior leaders through enterprise-wide plans, lead cross-functional strategy projects, and support M&A and partnerships.

You will own project delivery, synthesize analyses into executive recommendations, and drive growth initiatives with cross-functional teams. The role requires significant healthcare strategy experience, collaboration across the enterprise, and the ability to influence senior executives

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 5+ years in corporate strategy, management consulting, or related strategy function.
• Healthcare industry experience with knowledge of healthcare business models, market dynamics, competitive trends, and growth opportunities.
• Proven experience developing enterprise or business-unit strategy, including competitive analysis, strategic roadmaps, growth strategy, and investment prioritization.
• Demonstrated ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Aufgaben

• Own project delivery from problem definition through analysis, recommendations, and execution.
• Serve as a strategic partner to various business units, shaping long-term strategy.
• Lead teams of 3-5 associates in market and competitive analyses and stakeholder engagement.
• Translate strategy into action by developing business cases and defining strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Corporate Development on potential M&A and external partnerships.
• Manage key external relationships to support strategic priorities.
• Strengthen team capabilities by developing members and improving processes.
