• Healthcare or management consulting experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience leading complex initiatives in a large matrixed organization.
• Superior problem-solving with qualitative and quantitative analyses.
• Experience leveraging consumer insights to design new products/services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with executive audiences.
• Highly collaborative and adaptable, able to lead through ambiguity.

Aufgaben

• Strategy Development & Innovation: develop consumer-centered growth strategies with a 12–24 month horizon.
• Identify market trends, consumer needs, and industry opportunities to inform strategic recommendations.
• Frame ambiguous problems with leaders, and build compelling business cases for investment.
• Collaborate with Design, Research, and Operations to embed member needs in priorities.
• Lead pilots from concept through implementation and scaling.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, Digital, Clinical, Data & Analytics, Experience Design.
• Develop pilot plans, success metrics, and implementation roadmaps for rapid testing.
• Translate pilot learnings into actionable recommendations and scaling strategies.
• Deliver executive-level presentations and influence stakeholders across the organization.
