Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare in Texas seeks a Care Experience Manager (CEM) to lead staffing, training, and on-call support for private duty pediatric care teams. Location is Lubbock, TX.

You will coordinate caregiver schedules, organize orientations, manage absences, and ensure top-tier service while maintaining cost awareness. The role is full-time with daytime hours and rotating on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
• Proficient in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Healthcare experience is preferred; strong MS Office skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing needs and caregiver schedules.
• Organize orientation and training for new caregivers.
• Manage shift coverage for absences or tardiness.
• Monitor cost containment for efficient case assignments.
• Evaluate and support staff performance positively.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support to staff, patients, and families.
• Occasionally deliver supplies/equipment to homes; mileage reimbursed.
• Build relationships with caregivers and patients to ensure quality.
• Demonstrate problem-solving, initiative and sound judgment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Position Details

Compensation: $40,000.00 base salary + quarterly bonuses + paid rotating on-call.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours Full-time with on-call rotations.

Key Responsibilities Of The Care Experience Manager

• Coordinate staffing needs and manage caregiver schedules.
• Organize orientation and training for new caregivers.
• Manage shift coverage for absences or tardiness.

• Evaluate and support staff performance with a positive approach.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support to field staff, patients, and families (on a rotating basis).
• Occasionally deliver supplies/equipment to homes as needed (mileage reimbursed).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers and patients to ensure top-tier service.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills, initiative, and sound judgment.
• Uphold and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications For Success

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree a plus.
• Proficient in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Healthcare experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and thrive in a team environment.
• Willingness to work an after-hours on-call schedule.
