In this role, you'll help connect patients and families with the caregivers they depend on while keeping daily staffing operations running smoothly.

Position Details

• Location: 11821 East Freeway, Suite 210, Houston, TX 77029
• Schedule: Monday-Friday | In-office position
• Salary: $40,000 annually
• Additional Earnings: Quarterly commission opportunities + paid on-call rotation
• On-Call: Rotating after-hours and weekend coverage required

Required Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Availability to participate in rotating after-hours on-call coverage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred, But Not Required

• Previous healthcare or medical office experience.
• Staffing, scheduling, or coordination experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
• College degree.
