Luxor Healthcare is seeking a Staffing Coordinator / Scheduler to join our skilled nursing facility. You will develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.

• Monitor attendance, call-offs, and schedule changes.
• Arrange coverage for open shifts and communicate staffing needs to staff.
• Maintain accurate staffing records and schedules.
• Assist with tracking overtime and managing staffing needs.
• Communicate schedule updates and changes to employees.
• Help ensure appropriate staffing levels to support quality resident care.
