Job summary

Grand Itasca Clinic & Hospital is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage clinic nursing scheduling, attendance, payroll, and training records. This full-time role supports patient care and operational needs in a hospital/clinic setting in Minnesota.

The ideal candidate will have experience with staff scheduling, timekeeping, payroll processes, and a strong customer-service orientation, coupled with solid communication and organization skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
• Experience with staff scheduling, timekeeping, payroll processes, and collective bargaining agreements preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, customer service, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and post clinic nursing schedules in accordance with guidelines and agreements.
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, overtime, and payroll data, coordinating corrections as needed.
• Schedule and track required education and training, and maintain personnel records.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to identify staffing challenges and implement improvements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
