Abricare, Inc. is seeking a Staffing Scheduler – Healthcare / Home Care in Springfield, MO. The role centers on building and managing caregiver schedules, ensuring client coverage, and responding to call-outs and changes to maintain continuity of care.

The ideal candidate has strong scheduling experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments and is comfortable supporting branch operations. Some direct caregiver duties may be required to fill coverage gaps.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of staff/workforce scheduling experience involving shift coverage and employee assignments.
• Experience managing high-volume schedules, call-outs, open shifts, and last-minute staffing changes.
• Experience using scheduling, workforce management, EMR, or similar technology.

Responsabilités

• Build, maintain, and adjust client and caregiver schedules using the EMR system.
• Manage high-volume scheduling activity including open shifts, call-outs, and last-minute requests.
• Match caregivers to clients based on availability, location, skills, compatibility, and care requirements.
• Coordinate caregiver coverage across multiple clients and shifts with deadlines.
• Communicate schedules and changes promptly to caregivers, clients, and leadership.
• Support day-to-day branch operations and assist as needed with direct caregiver tasks.
