Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. You will provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed staff, supporting daily living activities and ensuring comfort and safety.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will help with mobility, hygiene, and meal assistance while adhering to all regulations and Life Care standards. CPR may be required and licensure must be maintained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Current active CNA license in good standing.
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine daily nursing care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting).
• Work collaboratively on an interdisciplinary team with nursing, therapy, and medical staff.
• Maintain professional relationships with patients, families, and staff.
