Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Background in sales, recruiting, or hospitality is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong, active talent pipeline.
• Negotiate compensation packages, travel logistics, and placement details.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive success and overcome challenges.
• Contribute to market intelligence to support business development efforts.
• Follow up on marketing leads and supporting outreach initiatives.
