Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Senior UKG WFM Scheduling Analyst to lead the design and implementation of UKG scheduling solutions within our healthcare system. This role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG WFM Advanced Scheduling and a strong understanding of clinical operations.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure compliance and efficiency in scheduling. Responsibilities include implementing scheduling extensions, supporting governance and standards, and mentoring junior analysts.

The position offers an annual salary range of $110,000 to $140,000 USD.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG WFM Advanced Scheduling.
Direct experience with UKG Clinical Scheduling Extensions (CSE) and/or EZCall in a healthcare environment.
Experience supporting unionized environments and collective bargaining agreements.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end implementation of UKG Advanced Scheduling across departments.
Lead implementation and support of UKG EZCall for automated call-outs.
Assist with audits, reporting, and regulatory reviews related to staffing practices.
