Qualifications

• Experience using scheduling software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and maintains staff schedules based on department needs and facility policies.
• Monitors staffing levels during each shift and adjusts coverage with clinical leadership.
• Documents call-ins, shift changes, and schedule modifications for leadership review.
• Assists with time-off requests, shift trades, overtime approvals, and other staffing changes in line with labor guidelines.
• Supports real-time staffing adjustments using float pool, PRN, or agency resources as needed.
• Maintains records of schedules, attendance, overtime, and staffing metrics for reporting.
